Is this throat cancer ? Going to the ent September. Talk to doctors even my primary and they said it’s just sinus and allergies

I’ve had these lumps in my throat doctor said a month ago that it’s allergies but now I went to readycare and got tested and everything is negative. Going to the ENT to get it looked t because now I have a sore throat with mucus . Any ideas of what it could be?
