Does this look an hdmi cable issue to you guys? Xbox does this flashing on multiple TVs, so I’m wondering if it’s a bad chord or a bad Xbox. Any insight would be appreciated!

Anyone ever have issues like this while in 120 hz mode? Glitch happens about once a minute regardless of game. Happens on multiple TVs. What I’m hoping is it just needs a new hdmi cable.
