Growing in the backyard, rental. No idea what they may be. Bush like one is about a year old and the vine is closer to six months (I think). Location is Houston, Texas. Haven't seen flowers on either, yet. They are next to a compost pile, if that helps narrow it down.

Lemon tree I bought a year ago at Home Depot. It lost it's leaves last year, then when they started to come back, swallow tail caterpillars ate them, now they look like crap. I fertilized it about 2 months ago but I'm in Houston and have had a LOT of rain. How does it look?
