Consider buying 100,000$ worth of VOO ETF on MARGIN which technically gives me 180% gain in 10 years. let’s subtract the interest due( 7% max): 180,000$ -(7000$*10)=110,000$ profit from nothing! Anything wrong with that?? Is it doable or am I missing something?
