If someone were to eat/drink only the bare essentials in nutrients for a day, what would they have to consume for those 24 hours? (Ex: Humans need about 6 grams of salt per day, so they would eat 6g of salt for the day)

I occasionally get this somewhat indescribable, calm feeling in my stomach. It’s very vague, but also a very nice and cozy feeling. I was wondering if this is enough to describe something that other people get, and if so what.

Is it possible to create such a dense magnet that we could implant it in someone’s hand and have them attract metal objects from relatively far distances, just as Iron Man does in Iron Man 3 with his Mark 42?
