My PC is over 10 years old, time to build a new one. Discussion on the useability of this build for the below reasons. My Budget is 3.5k which will include software. I'd also like to know if this build could run dual monitors as that's my plan.

So, I'm looking at a new build for this system and I'm in Australia. I've built and stripped and re-built this system on paper, literally a hundred times now already, so I think it's time to ask for help.
