Does the hand positioning feel kinda?

Thank you to everyone who helped me improve the hand positioning. In the previous post I forgot to mention that the gun doesn't move on the y axis together with the camera, so the next question is how high should it be while the camera is looking straight forward? Is this too high?

Would I get in any kind of legal trouble if I made a short free game where you're a kid locked in a room and you need to find a gun before Chris Tyson finds you so you can shoot him and escape? (This is the room)
