Hello guys, first time building a pc, and some of holes in the motherboard dont align properly with the holes in the case, but others do, is this normal?

After houra trying to build my pc, it doesnt turn on and im left with some cables, need help (removed the gpu just to check if the cables were connected) but im surely missing something
