[WP] We think that we have incredibly advanced technology, but we're wrong. Every device is, in fact a mimic. Dryers feast on socks, blenders eat the food inside of them, and you don't want to know what computers do. You've just figured this out after seeing your dryer trying to hide its teeth.

[WP] It was a great mystery as to how dragons, which are mostly peaceful creatures, have such large hordes. When the world found out that dragons' shed scales turned into precious metals and jewels, it caused problems -- both for the dragons and the creatures who tried to take them and their hordes.
