how has campral worked for people who drink through the nal and continue to have blackouts? i’m hoping to combine campral with tsm to finally get where i want with my drinking

for people who take campral and nal, i keep reading campral only works if abstinent but thats not my goal right now. my goal is to be able to have 2-3 instead of 10+, do yall drink with campral? does it have the same effect as antabuse if you “drink through it”?
