I've seen Dark Waters, so I know PFOA is bad. I'd thought my PFTE cooking pans would be OK, however, a cursory search the internets suggests not - would cast iron be the safest for me and my family or are we/the world too far down the PFTE rabbit-hole for any of this to matter?
