Can someone please tell me what these are, this is my third attempt at asking with no response. I keep getting bites, I thought bed bugs but I've checked everywhere even tearing my bed/dresser/chest apart. No evidence of bed bugs but I keep getting single tiny bites.

Idk what these are. I have bad acne but I'm scared they might be bed bug bites. I have 0 signs of bed bugs so I'm losing my mind, could it be sweat pimples?
