How do people scale RF? I see people talking about 1-3M RF DPS. Meanwhile, I just got to the atlas and can't even do T1 maps due to my 30k dps RF.

Posted yesterday that I can't even do T1 maps on my RF build but I didn't have PoB. So now I have a PoB link if anyone can help me see the problem.
