When I tried to say I was 13 I clicked out and it changed my age-restricted when I went to change it back it kicked me out of the game and now my password does not work i have no clue what to do.

When I tried to change my age to 13 I put in a phone number it worked after this I went to play mm2 but it was age-restricted I went to change it back to 13 it kicked me and i cant put a password back in and the phone number does not work i spent over 200 dollars on this account please help
