After death is really immortality. Think about immortality is defined as being unable to die it has no mention of past tense only of present and future and since after you die you cannot die again you are immortal as you are unable to die. Of course this has holes such as definitions of death

After death is true immortality. Since immorality is defined as being unable to die it is only concerned with the present and future, not the past and since after you die you cannot die -again- then you are technically immortal
