In a stereotypical dystopian story, a teen girl with a bow attempts to cause an uprising against the government. Except, there isn't anything actually wrong with the government. She is actually just really kinda whiny and bitchy.

[Scientists have found a way to augment natural body features (muscles, bones, eyes, etc) to the point of near superpower level. Augmenting the muscles led to superstrentgh, and eyes to supervision/laser beams, but no one expected what augmenting fat would do.
