Is this normal? I just replaced the PCV valve. Before I couldn’t pull it off cause of a strong vacuum, now I can, but i just want to make sure the rising RPM’s is normal.

20% on everywhere but the windshield. Feels kinda naked. Anyone else feel that way about no windshield tints?	1
