I have use AppCleaner and can't get rid of these on start up. Removed them from all files

I keep restoring my MacBook for the littlest reason. Is that bad? I have OCD bad.

I keep restoring my MacBook for the littlest reasons. I have extreme OCD for the past 30 years of my life? Is it pointless? I’m I beating dead horse? Only had MacBook less than a year.
