Has anyone been able to roughly determine what percentage of stars are brown dwarfs?

Is there a current crop that could be easily replaced with hemp without having to change the farming equipment, techniques, supplies, fertilizers, etc? Also. Would the climate needed for this current crop be conducive to growing hemp?

Many science fiction movies and TV shows have small fighter spaceships flying around in space. When they make a turn, they "lean into" the turn like planes on Earth. Since there is no atmosphere in space, would banking or leaning into a turn be necessary?
