My neighbor does not see proof that the Holocaust was "systematic." He might just be a crazy person, or hung up on semantics, but assuming he does actually want to learn, where can I find data for him that proves it was systematic?

Why was the New World not "discovered" by Asian explorers, such as Japan, Russia, or China, via the Pacific? Was it simply that Europeans got there first, or was there a limitation?
