Is there a reason to put these guys at the top of tier lists? Willem and Gilbert are fodder to Raian. Tiger Niko won, but still struggled hard vs Setsuna. Yan ""fought"" Agito, and was impressed with his growth recently. I would not at this point put them above the likes of S tiers.
