Beretta strike on the left, Glock 19 on the right. Kept getting misfires, but the bad Glock rounds would fire from the beretta. So I shot two, checked the casing, and here we are. Cause/solution for light strikes?

Why do so many medications need to be refilled? How can they figure out how to weaken, suppress, manage etc an issue but can't eradicate it? How can they almost cure so many things but come up just short at the finish line?
