Is it possible to make $20-25 an hour as a Pharm Tech at Walgreens? If not, is it possible elsewhere?

Pharm Tech interview question: “Would you be ok working one day a week sometimes during the Summer?” I asked “Will it be like that often?” Was told it was just a possibility. I hope that answer didn’t disqualify me…I really want the experience. Thoughts?

As a new Pharm Tech Apprentice, what should I be learning to begin? And will Walgreen’s let me know when to take the PTCB exam? Do they automatically train you for the exam and then help you schedule a time to take it?
