I've always disliked the feel of Power armor in Fallout 3. Compared to Fallout 4's wearable tank (Which in my opinion is what Power armor should be). Fallout 3's power armor just looks flimsy and non intimidating. Are there any mods that can fix this?

I noticed something weird can anyone explain? At the start of my playthrough, I'd always see the NPC Nova. But as of recent it seems as if she has vanished. Does she go and move to Rivet City or just disappear completely? Bit of a strange one.
