[WP] Everyone is born with a number either placed randomly on their body or floating above their head. They don't actually mean anything as they are entirely random, but people find was to assign meaning to them anyway.

[WP] A framed super genius finally goes to prison for their crimes, for life. Although they can break out whenever they like (and the prison knows it) they choose to stay for the relative peace and quiet. Until one day a hero shows up begging for help.
