Can anyone tell me what this is on my cheek? It’s been like this for about a week, doesn’t hurt, doesn’t itch, felt kinda dry and bumpy for a couple days and now it feels like the rest of my skin but is still red like this. TIA.

Anyone have any idea what these red patches on my cheek might be? I’ve had it for about a week now. The first couple days it was bumpy and dry feeling but now has no texture really, doesn’t itch or hurt.
