Hi everyone. I made another "scratch" of a character from my planned Sci-fi universe. This time I have made a villain (He's one of the main villain and of the "generals" of the enemy forces) Please tell me what do you think. Both positive and negative feedback is welcomed.

Hi everyone. I had a little bit of free time and I have made a few "doodles" of two of my characters, from my Sci-fi universe. It's a bit rough, but, I hope it's not terrible. And like all the time, both positive and negative feedback is very welcomed.
