General Azer Ramazanov, a war criminal, and commander of the 47th Tank Division, was spotted on the border of Belgorod and Kharkiv regions. In 2022 the 138th Brigade was defeated near Kharkiv, with a bunch of prisoners and captured headquarters documents. Now the division will suffer the same fate.

The EU demanded that Hungary respond to concerns that Budapest’s decision to ease visa requirements for Russian and Belarusian citizens increases the risk of espionage in Europe. Ylva Johansson, EU Commissioner for Home Affairs, sent the corresponding letter to Hungary.
