Mental compulsions suddenly changed to Just Right body repetitions compulsions? Any one else experience?

Doing things in a particular order…OCD? I get loud instructions in my head. Sometimes it doesn’t make sense but if I don’t do it then it feels wrong and I have to go back and do it again.
