I started a unranked vs AI match to complete fight pass mission and it got stuck at this screen. After I restarted my trophies were reduced. Why?

Why does my game gets stuck after watching an ad. I don't get my reward after restarting the game. Is it a game glitch or network issue? Pleased fix this.
