How long did it take to rebuild Dresden after 1945? Can anyone provide links (w/ pics) of it being rebult, for the first 5 years after the bombing (or 10 years, at most)

For 30+ years I practically always sneezed in sets of two. Sometime in my mid 40's, that changed to three sneezes, almost overnight (within a couple weeks time at most). What could have caused this? (I'm 50 now, and always sneeze in 3's.)
