Carbon in all forests is 638 GtC. Annual carbon emissions by humans is 9.8 GtC (1.5% of 638). Would increasing forests by 1.5% effectively make us carbon-neutral?

If we could actually see what a black hole looked like (photons not being affected by its gravitational pull), would it literally look like a ball of various materials that are super compressed? Or would it have any unique visual properties?
