Is this a misprint? The card is fresh out of the pack and the part im talking about is above the word "smash" and also right underneath the picture between the words "couple pokemon" it looks like the ink from the holo ink, its not scratches.

What are these white spots on the card on the left? Just opened a couple packs and the one on the left has white spots by the writing aswell as on the back of the card. These cards are fresh out the pack.
