The skies came alive in central Alberta early this morning. Thor was in a surly mood and decided it was time to wake up anyone who was living along the Highway 13 corridor between Winfield and Camrose. Photos taken between 1:00-3:00AM MDT.

Went to check out a storm out east that looked promising, but when arrived it was mostly sheet lightning. Was about to pack up and then Thor finally paid the prairieland a visit. Photo taken outside Erskine just after midnight tonight.
