I'm 32. Is there a single cell, or even molecule, left in my body that was there when I was born or am I a completely physically different organism from who I was as an infant?

Hot air rises, but high altitudes are cold. So at what point does hot air stop rising and what causes it to stop? Also, does our body use any of the other gases in air besides oxygen?
