What is the name of this animation set? Been trying to figure out, it is from some event bundle that might cost real money, not in the store as a purchasable item with in-game currency, I am only guessing.

Fix the graphics of this item please, (not a bug) my graphic settings are at max resolution, it still looks a bit blurry, no visible shiny diamonds, please make it like my 3 female avatar wedding dresses (covered in visible shiny diamonds), make the diamonds all across the whole outfit.
