Has anyone that has Endo or Endo symptoms done pelvic floor PT before considering surgery? If so, did it help your Endo symptoms at all? Was it painful?

I had an ultrasound and a follow up one for two ovarian cysts that occured on my left ovary. There were incidental findings of retroflexed uterus and adhesions. I also have urinary issues, difficulty with tampons, and painful heavy periods.
