[EU] The piece of Tom Riddle within Harry Potter is conscious and views every experience of the boy. Though it has no real influence on Harry, it grows attached to him. This piece of Tom, finally experiences love from others through Harry, and becomes fond of the boy, aiding in his protection.

[WP] Just because you’re old, living in an old hut, and have a black cat, people think you’re a witch. You don’t mind though, you like the company. Visitor often ask for charms or curses, which you give in the form of one of your trinkets. Each stored with a memory that fits the bill.

[WP] When falling down a bottomless pit, you realize that the threat isn’t dying from impact (since you never will) it’s dying of thirst or starvation. Luckily falling foe who knows how long has given you a lot of time to think of solutions.
