[WP] After Martian civilisation wiped itself out in a nuclear war, the Galactic Federation decided to keep a close eye on the 3rd planet from the sun, noting it's potential to blossom into civilisation. They weren't pleased when humanity developed nuclear weaponry of it's own.	5
