During WW2, were all males within a certain age in Germany forced to fight in the war? Or were there exceptions, like if they made weapons at the "WKC Steel and Metalwork Factory" in Solingen?

In Germany during WW2, would the Nazis check for circumcision if they weren't sure if someone was Jewish? And if so, what if the circumsized person was adopted and raised by a non-Jewish family, and passed the "Mischling Test"? Would they still be considered guilty?
