[AI] what do AI researchers or programmers mean when they say "human level intelligence" or "this machine is about as smart as a dog"?

Are there a possible set of conditions (size, proximity, density, etc) where if another planet was positioned in proper relation to earth someone could throw a baseball from earth to this hypothetical planet? (without being torn apart by tidal forces)

assuming the many-worlds hypothesis is correct, and each and every time a 'division' is created does that mean there would be unlimited untouched empty universes?

I know we haven't quite figured out what gravitons actually are but assuming the exist how can gravity be a warping of spacetime and a partical at the same time? I thought gravity was just the amount of warping based on mass
