How is it that the math of a certain theory (like general relativity) can yield conclusions that are known to be physically impossible? Does this imply that the theory/math of that theory is incomplete in some way or could be improved upon?

If an infinite amount of time could pass for an outside observer and they would never see an infalling object cross the event horizon, how much time will the infalling observer see go by on the outside observer's clock as they crossed the EH?
