Had a new growth of hair on my body and head recently and noticed they differ in color and curl to my normal hair. I was feeling a lot of sensations on my scalp and then saw that they behave strangely in water. I have never seen anything like this happen. What could this be?

I’m covered in these patterns now. Only began seeing them when the when this new wave of body hair showed up. If I disrupt the shape, they seem to return to it after a while. Anyone got an idea why they do this?
