Tug of war between Beskar 2 and 1 and I ended up in a 1v1 bot match in ranked. What causes this?

I am in Beskar 3-Beskar 1 Hell. Yet again I got paired against a Sentinel in a 1 on 1. Lost this time. I did get my KA0S to 25. And now I'm also wondering if like Halo, this game projects future losses? My ratio all day has been 4 losses and 1 win down with perfect ratio for 7 hours.

I saw these profile icons also for Reive. Anyone know how to unlock these? I didn't know Diago Kyber was possible.
