Bungie really knows how to kill any momentum they had. The class item drop rates are terrible. They needed to be BUFFED, not nerfed.

So to get the ornament for the solstice armor do we have to buy it or can we just dismantle the quest armor, and will it keep the glow if we upgrade it?
