Did Hitler really care about Europe, other than Germany? In a lot of his speeches, he talks about the bolsheviks destroying Europe. And must unite. But did he really care about the other European countries?

Before the outbreak of ww2 when the nazis were just getting power could non Germans be able to join the NASDAP. Or was it strictly for ethnic Germans. I’m not talking about joining the Wehrmacht or waffen ss. But the actual Nazi party organization.

You always hear of brotherhood among between people in the military. And the waffen SS was no exemption. But during ww2 did they see the foreign volunteers as being part of that brotherhood? Or were those feelings Strictly for fellow Germans And foreigners still seen as outsiders?
