It’s so sore today in these areas especially, does anyone think it’s Trigemenal neuralgia? I saw my doctor a few months ago him and dentist just say that it’s TMD and I need to just do exercises etc but today it’s unbearable on both sides of my head it’s literally so painful like cripplingly :( 24M
