Before reading and writing became part of our civilisation and society, could things like dyslexia manifest in any way shape or form? Without letters and words, is it possible to detect it?

Because we are moving so fast through the universe, does that affect our experience of time? If we actually managed to be travelling at 0 would time be different much like it is when you are travelling closer to the speed of light?
