Trying to retire but ARPC took 1.5 years to even add in missing points and then didnt re-tabulate number of good years.... still "short" on years

ARPC took between 12-18 months to award points somehow left off, then forgot to re-calculate that year's points, so I have to wait even longer to retire - does anyone know of any way to get ARPC to not take another 1-1.5 years to correct records when it is the only thing between you and retirement?
