About Newton’s third law... if I push a toy car and an equal and opposite reaction is exerted on my hand as I do so by the point of application of the force, wouldn’t the two forces cancel each other out and the car would remain in equilibrium?

If the flow of electrons through a circuit is from the negative to the positive terminal, why is the electric current considered to be flowing from the positive to the negative?

I once watched a movie where one person was directly behind another and a pistol was shot right in front of them, going through both of their skulls. I don't think this is possible in real life but if it is, what type of gun would I have to use?
